Specifically, the company received a 3.09% fee on crowdfunding campaigns, while a 4.91% processing fee went to Network for Good for direct fund transfers to the nonprofits. The company secured a total of $5.5 million in funding over two seed rounds from investors including Resolute Ventures, Citi, and Greylock. The last funding round occurred on May 15, 2015, raising $3 million. According to PitchBook and Tracxn, the company is now out of business.
