The firm is focused on transformational growth opportunities in the Services and Consumer sectors, with a particular emphasis on companies generating $5-$25 million of EBITDA, and experiencing inflection points that can lead to accelerated growth (e.g. fragmented sectors benefiting from consolidation; demographic changes impacting supply of labor, demand for services or consumer behaviors; technology enabling new ways of delivering services or reaching consumers).
