In June 2023, 4w MarketPlace underwent a significant rebranding to become Stillabit, shifting its focus to the sustainability communication sector. This transformation included becoming a Benefit Corporation and was spurred by the acquisition of the startup NOW2030, which specializes in classifying and managing ESG-targeted inventory. Stillabit aims to be the primary Italian premium ESG ad-network. The company's business model is centered on providing a dedicated platform, NOW2030, that helps companies communicate their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values and projects.
