The workforce of the future
The workplace and the skill-set required to succeed is changing. Repetitive work is being automated, talent is re-trained and better matched with employers, even remotely. Online platforms started offering courses 2 decades ago. Nowadays, one can tap into a global pool of tutors (e.g. VIPKID), the learning process is adaptive (e.g Edwin.ai) and the incentives are aligned (e.g. Lambda School). Also, creators have tools to better monetize their content, hence increasing the incentives to innovate (e.g. Patreon, Skillshare).
