ZygoFix is an Israeli based innovative spine technology company founded in 2017.

The company has developed the first implant capable of conforming to the patient’s specific joint's anatomy during insertion, intended to stabilize it for fusion.

Our zLOCK technology provides the simplest and least invasive solution for spinal stability and fusion, replacing 30 years screw technology which is invasive, complex to place and may result in injury when the screws are misplaced.

zLOCK’s technology utilizes metal 3D printing to produce a unique design that leverages the spine's natural bone structure. The implant takes up the specific joint's anatomy during insertion and anchors to both joint bones. The result is a far less invasive procedure (2 incisions Vs. 6), simpler and shorter in the OR, suitable as outpatient surgery.

The system is in clinical phase with a good over 5-years of follow-up showing long term pain reduction and bonny fusion.
