Zulu Club is a hyperlocal quick-commerce fashion platform founded in 2024 by Adarsh Bhatia, who previously led business at apparel manufacturing startup Fashinza. The company aims to merge the convenience of online shopping with the confidence of in-store experiences, targeting millennial and Gen Z consumers in India.
The platform's core offering allows users to shop from nearby malls and outlet stores through its app and receive curated "Try-at-Home" kits. These kits, containing 4–5 items, are delivered within 100 minutes, allowing customers to try on products before making a purchase and only pay for what they keep. This model seeks to address key issues in fashion e-commerce like high return rates and sizing uncertainty, thereby improving profitability by enabling cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase the average order value (AOV).
Operating initially in Gurgaon, Zulu Club utilizes its own logistics network for deliveries. The service also includes features like live assistance for product exploration via video calls. In July 2025, the startup secured $250,000 in a pre-seed funding round from the early-stage venture capital firm TDV Partners. The company plans to use the capital to expand its services across Delhi NCR, enhance its technology and personalization features, and strengthen partnerships with local retailers.
