Zengularity

Zengularity, founded in 2004 by Habib Guergachi, is a developer of enterprise applications and digital platforms. The company operates in the IT consulting and outsourcing industry, providing services that focus on user experience, scalability, and security to help enterprises with their digital innovation. It has been recognized for its work with major tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, and for creating software products and frameworks such as prismic.io and Play Framework.

Headquartered in Paris, France, with offices in Nantes, the company established itself as a key player in the European tech scene. In a significant milestone, Zengularity was acquired by Fabernovel on September 26, 2017. This acquisition was a strategic move by Fabernovel to enhance its technical capabilities and form a new brand, Fabernovel Technologies, which integrates both Zengularity and Applidium, a specialist in mobile apps and conversational interfaces. Following the acquisition, Zengularity's founder, Habib Guergachi, became the Chief Technology Officer of Fabernovel.

The merger was intended to strengthen Fabernovel's capacity to address the digital transformation challenges of large corporations, from initial research to deploying high-volume transactional platforms and creating new products and services. At the time of the acquisition in 2017, Zengularity had around 100 employees and was projected to have revenues of 8.5 million euros. The deal increased Fabernovel's total workforce to 350 and its projected revenue to 38 million euros for 2017.
