Operating in the Brazilian fintech and edtech sectors, Yours Bank provides a digital banking platform specifically designed for teenagers and their families. The company was founded in 2020 by Felipe Diesel and Willian Santos, two friends with over fifteen years of experience as educators. Diesel, during his career building a language school chain, observed that parents often had a distant, purely financial role in their children's development and that children were unprepared for the modern financial market. The company's core offering is a digital credit account for underage consumers, which aims to provide financial autonomy and education simultaneously. Parents retain control by setting a prepaid monthly limit, but teenagers have the autonomy to manage their daily account activities. The platform's business model centers on a subscription service. A free plan allows users to receive payments and use a physical card, while a premium plan unlocks additional features like virtual cards, PIX transfers, and investment options. Revenue is also generated through the sale of products within the app, such as credits for games like FreeFire and mobile phone recharges. The platform is designed with an educational focus, teaching finance basics through gamified rewards and classes. This dual approach of parental control and teen autonomy, combined with integrated financial literacy tools, is the company's main differentiator from other family banking products in the market. Services include savings accounts, prepaid cards for online and offline transactions, and bill payments. The application, available on Android and iOS, also provides a parent account to monitor expenses, lock cards, and run investment simulations.

Yours Bank has achieved several milestones, including securing R$1.2 million in an acceleration round from Ventiur and winning the startup competition at the South Summit Brazil. In August 2022, the company received a significant investment of R$5 million (approximately $977K) from Banco do Brasil's corporate venture capital fund, which was the fund's first exclusive investment. This partnership aims to create synergies, potentially integrating Yours Bank's model to target the youth demographic and displaying a "powered by Banco do Brasil" branding. The company's executive team has expanded to include Raphael Neves as CTO and Lucas Perondi as CMO. However, according to a notice on its website, Yours Bank will be ceasing its operations on September 1, 2025, citing that maintaining its mission requires resources beyond its current capacity in the prevailing economic climate.
