YouCalc was a Danish company that provided a cloud-based, real-time analytics platform. On October 17, 2010, the company was acquired by SuccessFactors, a vendor of Software as a Service (SaaS) for Human Capital Management (HCM). This acquisition was SuccessFactors' first in both the Internet Software and Services sector and in Denmark.

Following the acquisition, YouCalc's technology was integrated into the SuccessFactors BizX suite. It functions as an embedded formula builder and reporting tool within the SuccessFactors platform, which is now part of SAP. The tool allows HR professionals and business users to create custom calculations, generate tailored reports, and build visual dashboards based on HR data without extensive technical knowledge. This enables enhanced data-driven decision-making in areas like compensation analysis, headcount and turnover reporting, compliance monitoring, and succession planning.

The business model centers on the capabilities provided within the larger SuccessFactors subscription-based service. The primary clients are organizations using the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite to manage their human resources processes. The YouCalc builder tool itself was made available to SuccessFactors partners to create custom dashboards for clients. While a powerful tool for customization, some of YouCalc's functionalities, such as the legacy mobile analytics tiles, have been deprecated in recent years as SAP transitions to newer analytics solutions like SAP Analytics Cloud.
