Yee Space, formerly known as Nanjing Yixin Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., is a developer and producer of micro-satellite communication products. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Wuxi, China, the company serves the commercial satellite, Internet of Things (IoT), and aerospace industries.

The firm's offerings include micro-satellite communication payloads, measurement and control systems, and digital transmission products. Its satellite IoT modules have been implemented across various Chinese satellite constellations and are responsible for transmitting over 10 billion messages annually. In 2024, Yee Space supplied payloads for 26 low-orbit satellites.

Yee Space has raised a total of $15.6 million in funding and is backed by venture capital. Investors include Addor Capital, China Development Bank Capital, Jolmo Investment, Wuxi Guolian Development Group, and Lightsilver Capital. In August 2025, the company filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Jiangsu branch of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), with Minsheng Securities acting as its advisor. This move is part of a broader trend of Chinese commercial space companies seeking to tap into capital markets, facilitated by the reinstatement of the fifth listing standard on Shanghai's STAR Market, which supports pre-profit technology firms.
