The company was founded in 2005 and was listed on the Shenzhen GEM market in 2011, becoming the first publicly traded company in China's vehicle-mounted mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) industry.
The company focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of special-purpose vehicles. By 2016, the company reported being the top seller of truck-mounted aerial work platforms in China.
