Wote is a digital interaction platform designed for gathering immediate, anonymous feedback during live events such as training sessions, corporate events, and exhibitions. Participants can join using a smartphone by scanning a QR code or entering an event code, with no tracking involved to encourage higher participation rates.

The platform features a presenter screen that displays results in real-time through full-page, animated slides. It supports various question formats, including single- and multiple-answer, free text, sliders, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). For use at trade shows or public-facing displays, a "Kiosk" mode allows multiple attendees to use a single dedicated device. Wote also emphasizes data minimization, with features for automatic data deletion after a set period and an integrated approval process for voting content to ensure compliance.

The service is available as a subscription model or as a Docker container for deployment on a client's own infrastructure. It is a product developed by pilodata GmbH.
