The story of Veneta Cucine begins in 1967 in Italy's Treviso province, founded by Giacomo Archiutti. What started as a small, local enterprise transformed through the founder's vision into Italy's largest kitchen furniture manufacturer. By 1978, the company officially became Veneta Cucine Spa, setting the stage for its expansion. The company’s journey is one of evolution from a family-run business to a managed corporate structure. While Archiutti remains at the helm, his children and a team of managers now oversee various operations, blending entrepreneurial spirit with modern management. This structure has guided the company's growth into a major multinational group with over 1,000 dealers worldwide. A key inflection point was the significant investment in technology. In 2008, Veneta Cucine installed a fully automated production line, a major step in scaling its manufacturing capabilities. This focus on technology continued, with another major innovation in 2015 through a fully-automated warehouse system to improve handling and distribution. The company has remained a family-owned business, and while there has been mention of an IPO as a future ambition, no such event has occurred. Today, the company continues to focus on international growth, with a business plan launched in 2021 aimed at significantly increasing its global presence.
