unlimitrust

unlimitrust is an innovation campus initiated by SICPA, a global provider of security inks and secured authentication solutions. Officially inaugurated in June 2023, the campus is located in Prilly, Switzerland, within a region known as the “Trust Valley”. The campus was established to address the challenges that arise as physical and digital interactions merge, creating a dedicated center for the 'Economy of Trust'.

The campus serves as an ecosystem that brings together startups, corporations, investors, academics, and researchers to foster collaboration and accelerate innovation in trust-related technologies. It provides a range of services and facilities, including customizable offices, plug-and-play workspaces for small companies, coworking desks, meeting rooms, and an auditorium for events. The business model is centered on renting these office spaces and providing services to a community of resident companies active in fields such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IT, and digital security. unlimitrust hosts events, workshops, and programs designed to connect stakeholders and advance the development and adoption of trusted solutions.

A key partner is the EPFL Innovation Park, which collaborates on a dedicated incubator for trust technology startups. The campus also hosts the Trust Valley's startup acceleration program, Tech4Trust. The project was built with sustainability in mind, utilizing recycled concrete from the demolition of previous buildings on the site and connecting to a district heating system that primarily uses renewable energy. The campus is managed by the Economy of Trust Foundation, also created by SICPA, which aims to build an international community of innovators to support resilient and sustainable economies through trust-enhancing technologies.
