Beijing Wan Yu Fang Fei Cultural Development Co., Ltd., also known as Uniterra, is a company focused on the intersection of sports, arts, and culture, primarily for young people. Founded in 2017 by Fifi Yu, the company provides ice skating and ice hockey training for children and teenagers aged 3-15. It operates two professional, Olympic-standard ice rinks in Beijing. Uniterra's business model integrates high-level sports training with cultural production. The company is known for creating China's first original figure skating ice dance drama, showcasing its ability to merge athletic training with performance arts.

The founder and CEO, Fifi Yu, has a background in law and capital operations, having graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law and the London School of Economics. Before founding Uniterra, she served as the COO at a predecessor ice and snow sports company. The company's Chief Technology Officer is Dan Zhang, a world champion and Olympic silver medalist figure skater, who brings elite athletic expertise to the firm's operations. Uniterra has successfully secured outside investment to fuel its growth. In 2018, it completed an angel round of financing led by Bosideng, a Hong Kong-listed company. This was followed by a Series A round in June 2021, raising tens of millions of RMB, with investment from New Oriental. The company's business approach aims to create a closed loop, using its original ice show intellectual property (IP) to drive interest and participation in its ice sports training programs.
