Bensonoff, who founded U.S. Web Hosting while in college and co-founded ComputerSupport.com in 2006, launched Unigma to address the complexities of public cloud management. The company provides a cloud management suite specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT organizations. Unigma's platform enables clients to simplify, automate, and secure their workloads across major public cloud infrastructures, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. The business model centers on empowering these MSPs to optimize cost management through detailed cloud utilization analysis and to offer new service lines to their own customers. The Unigma Cloud Management Suite features a unified dashboard for monitoring multiple public cloud instances. The platform was also developed to integrate with professional services automation (PSA) solutions from Kaseya, ConnectWise, and Autotask, enabling automated billing and improved efficiency.

In a significant milestone, Unigma was acquired by Kaseya, a major provider of IT management solutions, in May 2017. Following the acquisition, Unigma continued to operate as an independent Kaseya company, with Bensonoff staying on as CEO and product manager to oversee the suite's development. The acquisition was part of Kaseya's strategy to broaden its IT Complete Platform, integrating Unigma's capabilities to offer a comprehensive solution for monitoring public cloud infrastructures and helping MSPs expand their business operations.
