Uchi.ru is an educational technology company founded in 2012 by Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) graduates Ivan Kolomoets and Evgeny Milyutin. The platform launched its first course, mathematics for elementary school, in 2014 after a period of development and testing. A significant milestone was reached in 2015 when the platform registered half a million student users and introduced its first online olympiads.

The company operates in the K-12 e-learning market, serving students from grades 1-11, their parents, and teachers. Its business model is primarily freemium; students have free, unlimited access during school hours and a daily allowance of 20 tasks afterward. Revenue is generated through subscriptions that offer all-inclusive access to specific subjects or the entire platform for various durations.
