The company's primary product is the TS-1800, a machine that can digitally dye a single white thread into any color and length required. This technology, known as Digital Selective Treatment (DST), allows for immediate use in applications like sewing, knitting, and embroidery. The process involves applying specially formulated inks (TDI inks) that are cured to penetrate the fiber, with the finished thread wound onto a spool. This system is designed for various polyester thread types, including recycled materials. In 2023, the company introduced the TwineX4, an industrial machine with a significantly higher production capacity than the TS-1800, aimed at small and medium batch production.

Twine Solutions' business model centers on selling its dyeing systems and proprietary inks to textile and apparel manufacturers. By enabling on-demand dyeing, the company helps clients reduce waste from dead stock, eliminate the need for large minimum order quantities (MOQs), and shorten lead times for sampling and production from weeks to hours.
