Treatfuls is a Düsseldorf-based snack company founded in 2021 by Magdalena Parylak and Tugce Cakir. The founders, who previously worked in the fashion industry, created the company to address a gap in the market for snacks that are both indulgent and made with natural, high-quality ingredients. The idea originated from their differing personal preferences: Cakir's love for conventional, flavor-rich chocolate and Parylak's preference for healthy snacks with clean ingredient lists. This led them to develop their own products after experimenting in their home kitchens.

The company's mission is to revolutionize the snack industry by offering products that do not compromise on taste or quality. Treatfuls produces a range of bio-certified and vegan chocolate bars, energy balls, and spreads. Key characteristics of the products include being gluten-free, soy-free, and containing no refined sugar, using dates for natural sweetness. The snacks feature Fair Trade chocolate and are sold in home-compostable packaging. The company is also IFS (International Featured Standards) certified, ensuring quality and safety in production.

Treatfuls operates on a direct-to-consumer (B2C) model through its online shop and also distributes its products through retail channels. Their products are available in various German and Austrian retailers, including Alnatura, Rewe, and select Edeka and Budnikowsky stores. The business was launched following a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2021 that raised €15,000, and it later received an investment from the accelerator Clever Clover. The founders initially invested €75,000 each to start the company.
