The Mobile-First Company's target market is SMBs and non-desk workers, who often lack user-friendly and affordable enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Its product suite is designed to streamline various business operations such as CRM, invoicing, and inventory management through simple mobile interfaces. One of its core products is Allô, an AI-powered business phone system. Allô offers features like a second phone number, AI call summaries, smart routing, spam blocking, and integrations with CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce. Another key product is ScanToSheets, a mobile scanner app that enables users to scan barcodes and QR codes directly into Google Sheets, which is useful for tasks like inventory management and attendance tracking.
