Guoke Tiancheng Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., operating as Teemsun, is a high-tech enterprise established in 2014, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of optoelectronic products, with a core focus on infrared thermal imaging. The company was co-founded by Luo Juedian and Wu Mingxing, who met at the "Lenovo Star CEO Training Class." Luo Juedian, who serves as Chairman and General Manager, previously worked as an investment manager at a Lenovo Star subsidiary, while Wu Mingxing, the Deputy General Manager and Financial Director, was a participant in the training program. Their collaboration led to the formation of Teemsun, which subsequently received investment from Lenovo Star.

The company's business model is centered on the optoelectronics industry chain, serving primarily as a mid-stream provider to military-industrial complex enterprises and civil-use system manufacturers. Revenue is generated through the sale of cooled infrared cores, complete machines, and circuit modules. Guoke Tiancheng officially went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board on August 21, 2024. The IPO was intended to raise capital for projects including optoelectronic product R&D and industrialization, the construction of an ultra-precision optical processing center, and a photoelectric chip R&D center.
