Tecnos Data Science Engineering (TDSE), now known as TDSE Inc., was established in 2013 as a subsidiary of Tecnos Japan to spearhead the parent company's entry into the big data market. The firm was founded to build an organization centered around data scientists, essential for leveraging big data. Initially named Tecnos Data Science Marketing, it was rebranded in April 2016 to reflect a strengthened focus on consulting and engineering capabilities. In 2017, it entered into capital and business alliances with NTT Data and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance to expand its AI business.
