Tax Systems is a leading supplier of tax technology solutions and services in the UK and Ireland. Our solutions automate the end-to-end compliance process, increase efficiency and reduce operational risk so that tax and finance professionals can focus on delivering more value to their business or clients. We’ve been helping customers digitally prepare and submit their corporation tax since 1992 with Alphatax, our flagship offering which files over 160,000 returns a year. Alphatax is used by over 150 of the top accountancy firms in the UK & Ireland, and more than 1,000 tax functions within corporations, including 43% of the UK FTSE 100. We launched a dedicated VAT compliance platform, AlphaVAT, in 2019, which enables our customers to comply with the UK government’s Making Tax Digital for VAT initiative. Suitable for even those with a complex VAT process, AlphaVAT features a number of tools to make the process more accurate and efficient and provides a future pathway to compliance for as and when MTD is expanded. We also cater for the fulfilment of international tax obligations with our regulatory reporting for CbCR, FATCA & CRS and offer iXBRL tagging and ESEF reporting services. To date, over £60 million has been invested in the development of our products and we continue to push the boundaries and to innovate. We are now making our products available in the Cloud over Alphatax360, a single digital compliance platform, and intend to launch AlphaCT, a new cloud-based corporation tax compliance product later this year.
