The platform's primary function is to collect and warehouse data from varied manufacturing systems, supporting multiple phases of the semiconductor product lifecycle. By offering in-depth manufacturing and test analytics, dataConductor aims to improve production yields and accelerate time-to-market for its clients. The company successfully navigated the competitive landscape, raising a total of $12.5 million over two funding rounds. Its first round occurred on April 2, 2003, followed by a Series B round on January 11, 2006, which raised $5.8 million and was led by Windward Ventures. Over its history, Syntricity attracted six institutional investors, including Palomar Ventures and KLM. A significant milestone in the company's journey was its acquisition by PDF Solutions in 2015, marking its successful exit.
