The company, established in August 2021 by founder Chen Qingsheng, focuses on providing domestic, full-process solutions for the semiconductor industry. Sentosemi is headquartered in Suzhou with branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Wuhan, and Liaoning.
The company's core offerings revolve around precision motion control for semiconductor production. Its main product is an integrated platform combining wafer transport and a nano-level precision motion stage. The product portfolio includes wafer pre-aligners, ultra-precision motion stages, active and passive vibration damper systems, special motors, wafer handling robots, load ports, and laser interferometers. Sentosemi also develops integrated system-level products such as proximity lithography machines and automated hybrid bonding equipment.
