In April 2025, the company secured $3 million in its first seed funding round, led by ScOp Venture Capital, with participation from Dream Capital and several strategic angel investors. This capital is intended to accelerate product development, particularly in predictive AI, and support market expansion.

The platform differentiates itself from traditional property management systems by focusing on unifying guest and team operations. It consolidates multiple functions into a single dashboard, aiming to replace the patchwork of disconnected systems many operators use. The system handles everything from guest screening and ID verification to real-time task management and integrations with smart devices like locks and thermostats. By processing hundreds of operational events per second, the platform provides smart alerts and allows for proactive management of guest needs and property maintenance. The company has reported a fivefold increase in run rate and 15% month-over-month growth over the past year.
