Stellar Value Chain Solutions was founded by Anshuman Singh, a key figure in India's modern supply chain sector. The company launched with a significant backing of USD 125 million from global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, one of the largest initial investments in the country's logistics industry.

Stellar has established itself as a leader in India’s consumer contract logistics market. It provides end-to-end logistics solutions to a client base of over 1,000 customers.

Stellar operates a pan-India network with 10 million square feet of logistics space across 30 cities. Through its subsidiaries, including Innovative Logistics, Patel Roadways, and Kelvin Cold Chain, the company manages a fleet of over 2,000 trucks, offering Express, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and temperature-controlled transportation services.

The company has ambitious growth plans, aiming to expand its warehousing operations to 50 million square feet and its vehicle fleet to 50,000. This strategy is part of its goal to position India among the top 5 in the Global Logistics Performance Index.
