Soquimic S.A.C. is a Peruvian company specializing in the manufacture and commercialization of chemical admixtures to enhance concrete performance. Established in 2013, the company provides technical solutions for clients in the infrastructure, construction, and mining industries. In July 2025, Soquimic was acquired by the French multinational Saint-Gobain as part of its 'Grow & Impact' strategic plan. This acquisition aims to strengthen Saint-Gobain's construction chemicals platform and accelerate its growth in the Peruvian market, complementing its previous acquisition of Z Aditivos and its existing Weber product lines. The integration is expected to leverage the expertise and R&D capabilities of Saint-Gobain's subsidiary, Chryso, to further develop low-carbon material solutions.
