After all she sets a proper foundation to form an efficient startup, that runs on KPIs and is organised with laser focus. After a 6 year advisory experience in M&A and reorganisation, Jana has cofounded two companies, helped to found more than twenty companies in the last 12 months and helps out as interims finance-manager in a few startups.
