In October 2017, Solve was acquired by Blacklane, a global professional driver service. The acquisition was a strategic move for Blacklane to extend its offerings from ground transportation to a comprehensive door-to-door travel experience, integrating Solve's airport assistance with its chauffeur services. The deal aimed to address the lack of a single trusted brand and smart booking process for airport concierge services on a global scale.
