Solstice Strategy Group was a management consulting firm founded by Jeremy Cohen in 2016, with a focus on the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The firm provided consulting services on market and commercial strategies for small to medium-sized companies, as well as venture capital firms, private equity firms, and investment banks. It catered to industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health.

The firm's services were designed to support companies through all phases of their business life cycle, helping management teams drive growth and connect strategy with execution. Solstice Strategy Group aimed to address the needs of an agile business environment by offering tailored approaches for clients ranging from large multinational corporations to venture-backed startups.

In January 2019, Solstice formed a strategic partnership with Brooks Hill Partners to offer advisory services at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital health. This collaboration was aimed at developing innovative business models and tech-enabled services.

A significant milestone occurred in February 2024 when Solstice Strategy Group, along with Brooks Hill Partners and Red Team Associates, merged to form Spinnaker Life Sciences Strategy Consulting. This merger created a new entity with offices in Boston and Minneapolis, combining the expertise of the three firms to help pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies navigate commercialization challenges. Jeremy Cohen, founder of Solstice, became a managing partner at the new firm, Spinnaker.
