SLT s.r.l. is the exclusive distributor in Italy for the entire Fluke Health Solutions line, which includes the Fluke Biomedical and Raysafe brands. The company provides testing and safety control devices for the medical technology and healthcare sectors. Its product portfolio focuses on testers for the safety and performance verification of electromedical equipment, as well as instrumentation and solutions for quality control in diagnostic imaging. Clients include medical device manufacturers, technical assistance service providers, and healthcare facilities.
The company was founded in 1949 and is based in Milan, Italy. On July 31, 2025, Indutrade signed an agreement to acquire all shares in SLT s.r.l., with the closing expected in the third quarter of 2025. Vincenzo Ventimiglia and Emanuele Galli, the sellers, will continue in their roles as administrator and CEO, respectively. SLT will be integrated into Indutrade's Life Science Business Area. In 2023, the company reported a turnover of €6.3 million and had 18 employees in 2025.
In addition to distribution, SLT operates an accredited LAT 00481 laboratory for the calibration and repair of the equipment it sells. This laboratory is one of only three authorized centers in Europe for service on Fluke Biomedical instrumentation, offering technical assistance, calibration services, and training programs.
