QLearning Applications GmbH, operating as Skive, was a Berlin-based education technology company founded in October 2013 by Felix Klühr, Jonas Hoffmann, Korbinian Weisser, Silviu Apostu, and Frederik Hagenauer. The company focused on providing mobile-first exam preparation materials for university students. Its core product was a mobile application for iOS and Android that allowed users to create, share, and study with multiple-choice questions and flashcards tailored to specific university courses.

The business model centered on a dual-sided platform. For students, it offered a freemium service, providing access to a vast library of user-generated and curated study materials. The platform's reach extended across several European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, and the Netherlands, accumulating a user base of approximately 70,000 students by early 2015. For corporate clients, Skive functioned as a recruiting channel, connecting companies with students for career opportunities, which represented a key revenue stream. This approach aimed to support students' academic revisions while simultaneously linking them with potential employers.

The company successfully secured a low seven-figure euro seed funding round in February 2015. Key investors included Senovo, Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB), M-INVESTAR, K5, and hub:raum, Deutsche Telekom's incubator. This capital was intended to fuel international expansion and further product development. Despite its early traction and funding, public records indicate the company entered liquidation proceedings in late 2017, with Felix Klühr appointed as the liquidator, and was eventually deleted from the commercial register in late 2020.
