SixQ Software, Inc. was a Boston-based company that operated in the human resources technology market, founded in 2014 by Dr. Brian Glibkowski and Eric Anderson. The company has since ceased operations.

The venture was founded on the expertise of its leadership team. Dr. Brian Glibkowski, who served as CEO, is a professor in human resources and organizational behavior, as well as a management consultant and author in the science of questions. Co-founder and President Eric Anderson brought over 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and strategy execution for B2B technology firms.

SixQ Software provided a cloud-based platform described as a 'PeopleStrategy Assessment Platform'. This tool was designed for enterprises and consulting firms to create, manage, and analyze assessments related to employee competencies, corporate culture, and engagement. The platform's methodology was built around a proprietary 'sixQ Management Framework,' which structured assessments to cover strategy (what, why), implementation (how), and context (when, where) to provide insights to the right people (who). The business model targeted enterprises seeking to enhance talent development and consulting firms aiming to productize their intellectual property. The company provided its software alongside custom, PhD-led consulting services to help clients with specific research projects, such as understanding buyer personas. One of its early clients was Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company.

The company announced its formation and the launch of its platform at the HR Technology Conference in October 2016. It secured $1 million in an Angel funding round in November 2016.
