Shreeji Shipping Global Limited is an integrated shipping and logistics provider specializing in dry bulk cargo. The company was originally founded as a partnership firm on June 14, 1995, by Ashokkumar Haridas Lal and Jitendra Haridas Lal. It later converted into a private limited company on April 11, 2024, and subsequently became a public limited company on November 18, 2024.

The company serves a diverse client base in sectors like Oil and Gas, Energy and Power, FMCG, Coal, and Metals. In August 2025, the company launched an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise capital primarily for acquiring Supramax category dry bulk carriers and for partial debt repayment.
