The acquisition was a strategic move for NTT to enhance its global managed services capabilities, particularly for enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle, and to meet the growing demand for hybrid IT environment management. Following the acquisition, Secure-24 was integrated into the NTT Ltd. Cloud division, combining its application management expertise with NTT's broader network, data center, and cloud services portfolio.
