The company was founded by Adam Bouabda as a progression from his previous venture, Couch Potato Films. Bouabda, a graduate of the Northern School of Art with a first-class honours degree in Creative Film and Moving Image Production, leads all scripted development and production. In November 2020, Louise Brannon, a Leeds University graduate with two decades of industry experience, joined to manage the unscripted development arm of the business.
