Founded in 2016 by automotive engineer and entrepreneur Dennis Savic, the company has grown from bold concept to commercial reality. Headquartered in West Melbourne with boutique showrooms in Victoria and Western Australia, Savic Motorcycles now stands at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in the Southern Hemisphere.

Savic’s flagship model, the C-Series, is a striking, café-racer-inspired electric motorcycle that blends performance with precision engineering. With 200Nm of instant torque, a 200+ kilometre range, and a sleek, integrated rider experience, the C-Series delivers a radically new way to ride - one that appeals to premium consumers looking for a cleaner, more connected, and more exhilarating form of mobility.

With a retail price of A$29,990 (around 25% lower than comparable premium electric motorcycles) and a direct-to-consumer sales model, Savic provides an efficient and seamless customer journey from test ride to handover. The company has secured 77 paid motorcycle orders (~A$2.2m in revenue) and 150+ expression-of-interest deposits, with production units already delivered to early adopters.

TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

Savic Motorcycles is a vertically integrated technology company with a proprietary software and hardware stack:

>> Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Motor Control Unit (MCU), and Edge Device Instrument Cluster (EDIC) are all developed in-house, giving Savic complete control over performance tuning, system integration, and future product iterations.

>> A cloud-based infrastructure enables over-the-air (OTA) updates, real-time diagnostics, and dynamic ride analytics.

>> The Savic Mobile App serves as a digital key and command centre, giving riders control over pre-ride setup, live metrics, ride modes, and post-ride feedback.

>> A modular product architecture enables rapid development and deployment of future models — several of which are already in design and pre-prototype stages.

VEHICLE MANUFACTURING

All vehicles are currently manufactured in the Savic workshop in Melbourne, Australia.

To support scale and reduce unit costs, Savic is establishing a wholly owned manufacturing facility in Taizhou, China. This new site is projected to be operational within three months of capital close and will initially deliver up to 8,000 units per annum. This facility, focused on the production of the proprietary SM1 powertrain, represents a critical step in Savic’s cost-down and volume-up trajectory. All vehicles will continue to be assembled in Melbourne, but build time will be significantly faster having the powertrain assembled in China.
