In August 2023, the company received a seed round of funding of an undisclosed amount from Mitsui & Co. and S2G Ventures.

The company operates through two main segments: Transition Platforms and Advisory Services. The Transition Platforms focus on strategy development, program operation, and blended finance design for projects like Andean Cacao. The Advisory Services division offers solutions for supply chain resilience, transition finance, risk management, and portfolio optimization. A key component of their offering is a Spatial Finance Data Platform, which provides detailed environmental and financial metrics for land systems to support investment decisions and regulatory compliance. Its clients include institutional investors, consumer goods companies (CPGs), and other agribusiness stakeholders. By addressing climate change, biodiversity loss, and water scarcity, the firm aims to deliver environmental, social, and economic impact alongside financial returns.
