Xiazhi Technology, also known as Rosiwit Cobotics, was founded in Nanjing, China, in September 2021 as the AI headquarters of ZTE Development. It was founded by Hou Weigui, a notable entrepreneur who also founded Zhongxing Semiconductor Corporation in 1985 and the technology giant ZTE Group in 1997. Hou has a background as a teacher and in integrated circuit design at a state-owned aerospace institute before venturing into entrepreneurship.
