RocketVenture Co., Ltd. is a Japanese company that operated digital media services tailored for women. The company was founded in December 2013 by Makoto Tatsukawa. Tatsukawa, born in 1985, had been involved in various businesses, including e-commerce and launching cosmetics brands, since his time at Hosei University. The venture was selected for the MOVIDA JAPAN Seed Acceleration Program.
The company's core offerings were two curation media platforms: "4meee!", which targeted women in their 20s, and "4yuuu!", aimed at sensitive housewives and mothers. The stated concept behind the business was "to make girls all over the world cute". The business model focused on operating these media services to a large audience, achieving a combined 100 million page views.
In February 2014, shortly after its establishment, RocketVenture was acquired by Enigmo. Later, in January 2018, 100% of RocketVenture's shares were acquired by Interspace Co., Ltd., making it a consolidated subsidiary. This acquisition was part of Interspace's strategy to expand its media operations, particularly in the women's media genre, by combining its own expertise with RocketVenture's established platforms. Following these corporate changes, the media brands continued to operate, and the corporate entity is now known as 4MEEE INC.
