Revalue Energies is an Italian renewable energy company that operates as a fully integrated Independent Power Producer (IPP). The company was founded in 2023 through the entrepreneurial efforts of Marco Corsetti and Luca Di Giacomo, who both leverage extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Corsetti has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles at various renewable energy firms, while Di Giacomo brings over two decades of experience in the development and management of energy projects.

The company's business model covers the entire project lifecycle, from land sourcing, development, and permitting to construction and long-term asset management and ownership. This end-to-end approach allows for direct control and value creation throughout the life of its assets. Revalue Energies focuses on developing a diversified portfolio of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), primarily in Italy. The company's strategy is to create a resilient and geographically varied portfolio, with a goal of reaching 7 GW of capacity by 2030.

In May 2025, Revalue Energies entered into a strategic partnership with Asterion Industrial Partners, a European infrastructure fund. This partnership provides significant financial support to accelerate the company's growth and scale its operations. At the time of the deal, Revalue was developing a pipeline of 2.7 GW of solar, wind, and storage projects in Italy. The company's portfolio includes over 450 MW of solar, 250 MW of wind, and 1,200 MW of BESS projects across the country.
