ResultsCX did both, but its story is defined by a different playbook: growth through acquisition, both as the target and the aggressor. Founded in 1990 as Results Technologies, the company started as a BPO data analytics firm. The company's modern trajectory began to take shape in 2015 when private equity firm One Equity Partners took control. This set off a series of purchases to bolster its capabilities, including the key acquisition of DeviceBits, which provided a crucial AI and machine-learning software platform. A pivotal chapter began in October 2021 when Indian private equity firm ChrysCapital acquired ResultsCX from One Equity Partners. This wasn't a quiet changing of the guard; it was an injection of capital and ambition. Under new ownership and the leadership of CEO Rajesh Subramaniam, ResultsCX embarked on an aggressive global expansion. Over the next few years, the company executed a strategic string of international acquisitions. It bought Bulgaria-based 60K in 2022, Ireland's Zevas Communications in 2023, and UK-based Huntswood in 2024, significantly expanding its European footprint and client base in finance and utilities. In March 2025, it acquired Aucera in the U.S., strengthening its presence in the healthcare sector. This series of deals illustrates a clear strategy: buy, integrate, and leverage specialized expertise to become a dominant force in customer experience management.
