Established in 2014 by co-founders Grégoire Linder and Maxime Pallain, Raizers operates as a European real estate crowdfunding platform, connecting individual and professional investors with real estate developers seeking funding. Initially focused on equity crowdfunding for startups and SMEs, the company pivoted in 2016 to specialize in real estate projects. This strategic shift has facilitated the financing of over 370 projects, with more than €380 million collected.

The platform provides detailed information on each operation, including the developer's financial capacity, permit status, and the guarantees in place, such as mortgages or personal guarantees from borrowers. To further align interests, Raizers has established a co-investment fund that participates in all presented operations. In 2021, the company expanded its services by launching Raizers Transactions, a subsidiary that markets properties directly from developers.

Headquartered in Paris, France, with offices in Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg, Raizers was granted accreditation as a Participatory Investment Advisor (CIP) by the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in 2014. It has since secured approvals from regulatory bodies in Switzerland (FINMA) and Belgium (FSMA) and now operates under the European Crowdfunding Service Provider (PSFP) license. The company was acquired by Empruntis in June 2022 but continues to operate as a subsidiary.
