Radiant Communications Corp., formerly operating under the domain radiant.net, was a Canadian provider of customized IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on the medium-sized enterprise market.

Established in 1995 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company built a significant operational footprint across Canada. Radiant Communications specialized in delivering a portfolio of managed network and cloud hosting services. This included enterprise-class voice and data services, cloud hosting, broadband connectivity, and network monitoring, all designed to enhance IT efficiency for businesses with multiple locations. The firm's business model centered on providing these comprehensive IT solutions as a single-source provider, simplifying technology management for its clients. One of the company's key differentiators was its enterprise-grade architecture with multi-layered security; it was one of the few Canadian service providers to achieve PCI DSS compliance for both its core network and enterprise cloud environments.

After several attempts by its major shareholders to take the company private, Radiant Communications Corp. entered into a takeover agreement with Comwave Networks Inc. in August 2013. The acquisition was completed in October 2013, with Toronto-based Comwave acquiring all shares for an aggregate consideration of approximately $25.3 million. At the time of the acquisition, Radiant Communications was noted for having one of the largest Internet footprints in Canada, serving over 20,000 business locations across Canada and the U.S.
