QuikReturn

QuikReturn was a logistics company founded in early 2021 by Ethan Susser and Ashar Nadeem. The idea originated from Susser's personal frustrations with the cumbersome process of returning online purchases. Operating in the reverse logistics market, the New York-based firm targeted e-commerce brands, particularly digitally native ones without extensive physical retail footprints for returns.

The company's business model centered on providing a convenient, at-home pickup service for customer returns. Through its proprietary technology platform, consumers could schedule a pickup within a one-hour window. QuikReturn would then aggregate these individual returns into larger, consolidated shipments to send back to the retailers. This method aimed to reduce shipping costs and the carbon footprint associated with returns, while also enabling a faster inventory turnaround for the e-commerce brands. The service was noted for its user-friendly interface and a carbon-neutral pickup platform.

In March 2022, after securing investment from Plug and Play Tech Center, QuikReturn was acquired by Veho, a last-mile delivery firm, for an undisclosed amount. This was Veho's first acquisition, intended to integrate QuikReturn's reverse logistics capabilities into its own platform to create a comprehensive delivery and returns service for e-commerce clients across the United States. Following the acquisition, the QuikReturn team and its co-founder and CEO, Ethan Susser, were integrated into Veho to lead the expansion of the new Veho Returns product.
