Quanticare Technologies, founded in 2014 by Savant Krishna Syreddy, Wesley Loh, and Philip Goebel, was a Carlton, Australia-based company focused on preventative healthcare technology for seniors. The company emerged from the Melbourne Accelerator Program in 2014. Although it has since ceased operations, its primary objective was to create solutions for monitoring health conditions to enable proactive care delivery.

The company's flagship product, named Footprints, was a sensor system designed to be integrated with existing walking frames to help prevent falls among the elderly. This device was engineered to collect continuous and passive gait performance data. Using a computer vision algorithm, it analyzed spatio-temporal metrics from the user's walk. The core benefit of this system was its ability to transmit these metrics to physicians or physiotherapists, allowing them to track a user's mobility status remotely and implement proactive, preventative care strategies. The platform aimed to shift the healthcare approach from reaction to prevention, empowering patients to track their own data and involve practitioners before a critical event like a fall could occur.

Throughout its operation, Quanticare Technologies achieved several notable milestones. In 2015, the company was featured in a Wall Street Journal report on biotech and medtech. It won Janssen's inaugural Health and Technology Challenge, which led to a collaboration agreement. Furthermore, in 2016, Quanticare was nominated as a finalist in the Healthcare category of the Internet of Things Innovation World Cup at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The company raised a total of $20K in funding, primarily through its participation in the accelerator program.
