Shenzhen Panorama Network Co. Ltd., known as Quanjing, is a financial information service provider and comprehensive platform for the multi-level capital market in China. Established on June 30, 1999, by founder Chen Wei, the company is a state-level high-tech enterprise supervised by People's Daily. It has become a significant partner to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), various local securities bureaus, the Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, and Hong Kong stock exchanges, and the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).
Quanjing pioneered several innovative service models in the Chinese securities market, including online roadshows for listed companies, an interactive platform for investor relations, results presentations, and collective investor reception days. In August 1999, the company successfully launched the first-ever online roadshow for Tsinghua Unigroup's IPO, a model it has since replicated for over 45,000 IPO and refinancing events, establishing itself as a market leader. In 2004, it introduced a 7/24 online communication platform connecting investors with listed companies, which now hosts over 4,000 companies and has facilitated more than 20,000 earnings conferences.
The company's business is structured around four main segments: online and offline roadshows, investor relations/education management, financial news dissemination, and data monitoring and analysis. Its core service platform integrates functions like information disclosure, corporate governance meeting management, roadshow management, and financial big data. This platform serves listed and unlisted companies, institutional investors, and financial regulators through three sub-products: Dongban Yun, Jigou Tong, and Jianguan Yi. As a major financial news portal, Quanjing publishes approximately 300,000 pieces of information annually and utilizes AI and big data to provide public opinion data and reports to regulatory bodies and thousands of listed companies.
