Its business model centers on the sale of proprietary software licenses and maintenance contracts to a client base composed of designers and manufacturers in the packaging industry, particularly within the food and beverage and CPG sectors.

The company's product portfolio is designed to address the complex challenges of applying graphics to non-flat surfaces. A core offering is the Sleeve3D Suite, which allows packaging designers and prepress operators to correct artwork distortions that occur when shrink sleeves are applied to containers. This suite is available in different editions, such as Standard for cylindrical shapes and Advanced for more complex forms, and functions as a plugin for Adobe Illustrator™. Similarly, the Thermo3D Suite is engineered for the thermoforming market, enabling users to pre-distort artwork for plastic sheets before the forming process. This is achieved by calculating the necessary adjustments based on real measurements, not simulations, thereby saving time and reducing waste. The products are compatible with both Windows and macOS operating systems.

Over its nearly two decades of operation, Quadraxis developed technology for 3D scanning and image processing to simplify the creation of 3D models for various packaging types, including shrink sleeves, thermoformed plastics, and embossed metal. In December 2022, following the company entering receivership, its technology and intellectual property were acquired by Hybrid Software Group. Hybrid Software plans to integrate the Quadraxis software into its existing portfolio of 3D applications, such as iC3D and Met3D, and has committed to providing continued support and maintenance for existing Quadraxis customers.
