Qareer Group Asia is an online job platform that was founded in 2014 by Veronika Linardi to connect companies with professionals in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company operated several products, including Qerja, a platform for multi-industry job discovery and freelance marketplace, and Jobs.id, a solution designed to simplify the recruitment process.
Veronika Linardi, the CEO, returned to Indonesia after studying in the United States to initially help with her family's manufacturing business. Finding it not to her liking, and with a passion for connecting people with organizations, she ventured into headhunting by starting her own agency, Linardi Associates. This experience and her growing network of contacts and investors eventually led to the creation of Qareer Group Asia.
The company raised a total of $14.5 million over two funding rounds, with its latest Series B round on November 23, 2018, raising $10.5 million led by Emtek. Other investors included KMK Online and Kejora Capital. According to a Tracxn profile updated in mid-2025, Qareer Group Asia is no longer active.
